Do I need website support?
You need to ask yourself a number of questions before deciding whether support is right for you:

Our website support and maintenance is designed to keep your site current such that all you have to do is notify us of any changes.
What is included?
- changes to existing text

- addition of new text, images or other content within existing site structure

- monthly summary of site traffic statistics
- monitoring of site for link breaks or XHTML errors
- uploading of changes to your website
What about ad-hoc changes?
That's fine. Just contact us with the required change and we will take over. All we need to know are the respective control panel or FTP credentials.
